Our client is a building services and facilities management company who are looking to recruit an ambitious and forward thinking individual to join their team as a Customer Account Manager, who will manage various small contracts around the City.  This a role which would maybe appeal to an experienced supervisor who wishes to progress to the next stage of their career and grow with the company.

Main Duties:

  • Progressing the contract through the company’s maintenance model
  • Monitoring work through CAFM system (Concept Evolution)
  • Oversee condition base monitoring/thermal imaging/vibration analysis
  • Manage P & L/WIP
  • Identify training requirements for direct reports.
  • Make sure that business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented through the contract
  • Ensure the provision of health and safe working conditions is effectively implemented across the contracts
  • Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities and, that effective relationships are maintained with clients
  • Undertake regular audits of maintenance programme. Review call out sheets and investigate as necessary
  • Planning of PPM’/reactive work via Concept

Essential:

  • Time served apprenticeship preferably with HVCA background
  • Electrical bias with knowledge of mechanical engineering
  • Experience in building service maintenance
  • Working knowledge of HV/LV/generator systems
  • Knowledge of BMS/lighting systems
  • Good communicator at all levels
  • Working knowledge of commercial contract activities
  • Ability to work with computerised system
